You must be at least 16 years old. If your country sets a higher age for consenting to the processing of biometric data, that higher age applies.
GUFFLO turns photographs you upload into short, obviously fictional videos based on templates you choose. Every output is generated by artificial intelligence and depicts something that did not happen. Outputs are not real footage and must never be presented as real.
Before each generation you confirm, and by using the service you promise, that:
These are not formalities. Uploading someone else's face without their permission may be unlawful where you live and where they live.
You may not use GUFFLO to create or share content that:
We may review generated content, and any user can report a result. If content breaks these terms we may remove it, block access to it, and suspend or delete the account behind it. Removal is immediate: once a result is rejected, its download link stops working.
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds are handled under their policies — request one through the store you bought from. Where consumer law in your country gives you a right of withdrawal, that right applies regardless of this section. If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance; if that leaves you with fewer credits than you have already spent, we do not pursue the difference.
Your photographs remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to generate the video you asked for and to deliver it to you. That permission ends when the file is deleted.
As between you and us, you own the videos you generate, subject to the rights of anyone appearing in them and to the law of your country. We do not use your photographs or videos to train AI models. We do not publish, sell or share your content.
The app itself, the templates and the GUFFLO name remain ours.
The service is provided as-is. AI output is unpredictable: it may be distorted, unflattering, unlike you, or simply wrong. We do not promise any particular quality, likeness or result, and an unsatisfying result is not by itself a defect. We may change templates, pause the service or take it down for maintenance.
You can delete your account from the app at any time. Deletion removes your profile, your media and your job history. Purchase records may be retained where tax or consumer law requires. Deletion is permanent and unspent credits are lost.
We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect other users. Where we can, we will tell you why.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for how you use the content you generate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
You are responsible for the content you create and for any consequence of sharing it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul (Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
We may update these terms. The version at the top of the page changes when we do. If a change is material we will tell you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
